Browser/Operating System Not Supported! error
If you need help determining whether you can play Pogo games using your current (operating system) OS and browser, you can use the Pogo Compatibility Scan tool. This tool automatically scans your computer and browser to alert you if you might have trouble using Pogo.
At the bottom of the screen, you can find your computer’s System Information that can help identify if you’re using the correct software to play Pogo games.

Friday, 09 August 2019
Make sure you are using a Flash compatible browser.
Pogo games for Java have gone away
All Java games are no longer supported. Head to Pogo Insider to see which Flash games go away in June and October.
You’ll be able to finish active Challenges while games are live. Once a game is gone, you’ll earn badges for the Challenges you weren’t able to finish. We’re also bringing some older badges back from the vault, so you have another chance to get them.

You may know that you need the latest version of Flash to play Pogo games but you may not know that not all internet browsers are compatible with Flash. We recommend using Internet Explorer 11; however, you can also use Firefox (Windows or Mac).
You can also review Pogo’s system requirements for more information.
INTERNET EXPLORER 11
Download IE 11 now.
We recommend using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) for the best gameplay experience with Pogo games. IE11 is compatible with Flash.
Please note that IE9 and IE10 are no longer supported browsers.
Microsoft no longer supports Windows XP and Windows Vista so these operating systems will not be updated to support the latest versions of Internet Explorer. If you have Windows XP or Windows Vista, we recommend using the Firefox browser.
Download Firefox now.
Windows XP and Windows Vista users can play Pogo games using Firefox since these operating systems do not support the latest Internet Explorer browser. Firefox is compatible with Flash.
Mac users can also choose to use Firefox.
Chrome supports Flash, but starting with Chrome version 55, it will be automatically disabled after an update.
When you try to play a Flash game on Pogo, we’ll give you an alert telling you to, “Click to enable Adobe Flash Player.” Make sure to click the text, not the puzzle piece icon.
